Frequently asked questions

How is this not another operating model review?
An operating model review tells you how the business should work. Discover® shows you how differently your own leaders already believe it works, and where that gap is costing you.

Can we start small?
Yes. Discover® is built in stages, and each one is complete in itself. You can begin with a focused first diagnosis and carry it forward in full.

Who is it for, and who isn’t it for?
Relativity is for complex organisations that have completed an efficiency programme and are still waiting for growth. It works for leadership teams willing to change how the business works together. Cross-functional participation is the mechanism, not a preference. If you need a report, we are not the right fit.

How will we know it is working?
Discover® sets a baseline on the Relativity Growth Index™. Each year you re-assess against it and see which dimensions advanced, held or stalled.

What does the Growth Index measure?
Structural commercial legibility: how readable your commercial system is to your leaders, your functions and your AI. It covers 16 dimensions in three layers (structural conditions, adaptive capacity and commercial outcomes), each placed on five stages from Reactive to Adaptive.

Why a profile and not a single score?
An average hides the problem. Your lowest dimension usually limits growth more than the average predicts, so the profile shows where to start.

How fast will we see results?
Structural change shows first. Commercial outcomes follow by at least one full commercial cycle, and the re-assessment tracks both.

Is our data used to train AI?
No. The platform uses Anthropic’s Claude through its commercial API, whose terms exclude training on customer data. The AI does not learn from you either: your teams build a structured knowledge base in your own workspace, and the AI draws on it.

Does the AI make decisions?
No. AI outputs are advisory. Your people debate, decide and own every outcome.
